About the position
As Lead Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects. You'll manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
You'll proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects align with strategic business objectives. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
Requirements
Requires 5+ years of experience in project management, with a verifiable history of successfully delivering on complex projects, meeting deadlines and budget targets. Possession of a PMP certification from PMI is highly preferred for this position.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential for this position.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
