About the position
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will create and manage email campaigns. You'll work with our CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and engage customers. Strong analytical skills are crucial.
You'll collaborate with the marketing team on content creation and A/B testing. A deep understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM compliance is required.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with 2+ years of email marketing experience. Proficiency with an ESP like Mailchimp or Klaviyo is required. Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Detail-oriented a must.
Experience with A/B testing to improve and optimize email performance.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations.
